Often, the same tools used for system calibration extend to the measurement of acoustical issues that may exist within a structure or space. From identifying strong acoustical reflections (echoes), to the measurement of sound transmission through a wall structure, these tools coupled with our extensive experience can provide a clear path to optimizing a room or building structure.

Many of Audio Engineering Group's prediction capabilities center on electro-acoustical and acoustical computer simulation. These technologies allow our engineering staff to not only visualize sound pressure waves, but also define the impact finish materials, room shape and a sound system design will have on the listening experience. Such tools also allow for accurate simulations to help determine the best choice of materials to be used in cases where a room has specific acoustical issues.

Different sound reinforcement systems can be compared in a side-by-side manner to identify the tradeoffs in performance associated not only with different design concepts, but also by using virtually any professional manufacturers loudspeaker product. With the expert guidance of our design team, clients can easily make informed decisions based on performance, not merely marketing hype or cost estimates alone.
